Dmc management **** service

So dmc made an arrangement to deduct the money, all of a sudden they stopped there debts, so I took it as I'm done with debt review I will now pay them, phone them so many times they don't respond to calls or emails. So eventually I got hold of a lady she ask me to send all my paperwork to her up till today no response, I ask her what my settle amount would be of which I want to settle they respond to the email. So the next day I got a call to say I shouldn't pay them until they tell me to. That was October November. I'm still waiting as I need to settle the account but they are useless. I feel utterly disappointed in there service or response as I wanted to pay them and they keep delaying the payment. If someone at dmc manages see this I just want to say you guys give **** service and the fact that I wane pay you guys make me feel utterly disappointed.
