DMC Keeps Sending Me from Pillar to Post Instead of Providing Proof of the Alleged Debt

I am extremely frustrated with DMC and the way my request for documentation to verify an alleged debt has been handled.

I have repeatedly requested the original credit agreement or adequate supporting documentation to establish the origin and validity of the debt DMC claims I owe. Instead of providing the requested documentation or giving me a clear, satisfactory response, I have been sent from pillar to post.

DMC claims to have a statement, but I want to know the basis of the alleged debt and see the supporting documentation necessary to verify it. A statement alone does not answer all the questions I have raised.

I have given DMC sufficient opportunities to resolve this matter directly. I should not have to keep chasing a debt collector for information relating to an alleged financial obligation, nor should I continually be redirected without a proper resolution.

I am now escalating this matter because I have had enough of the unnecessary back-and-forth.

I call on DMC to take responsibility for resolving it. I want the relevant supporting documentation, a clear explanation of the alleged outstanding balance, and a substantive written response addressing my requests.

I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking for transparency, accountability and the opportunity to verify the alleged debt properly.

DMC please stop sending me from pillar to post and address this matter directly. I expect a proper response and a resolution, not another referral.
