Dmc is not updating my payments

His name is Musa from DMC *** ,,am asking him a very simple question why am I paying then on my credit score it says I've missed the payments? Boom I was given an attitude am trying to understand even today ,am still paying them but they are not updating my payments with credit bureau. Please help expose this company and their staff cause
