This is ridiculous. I have mailed you more than a month ago requesting proof that I have an account with you or just to let me know what it is that is outstanding on my account and till now I have not even received a single mail or call.

This is affecting my process of getting a new contract as this is reflecting on my name.

This company is committing *****!
