DMC is a ****

i had DMC debt management calling me nonstop regarding an account that has prescribed over 6 years ago. this morning i had a consultant screaming at me for telling when i told her the account has prescribed long ago. when i told her i will report them to the ombudsman she said you can go ahead, there is nothing the ombudsman can do. so this means DMC can do as they please collecting prescribed accounts.
