DMC IS A ****

This is a formal complaint about this DAMN company, apparently, my Capfin account was handed over to the however all my debts have been cleared and that account is +-5-6 years old. When I called them to make a follow-up on why they have re-activated the account, I was told they spoke with me on the 2nd of August 2022 and agreed in paying on the 8th of August 2022. To my surprise, I never spoke with them or made any arrangements. When I asked for recordings the following was sent to me,

There was a recording found but it was not you who made the arrangement but some lady who called on the behalf of you. The recording was requested but has to go through our legal department. Will let you know of the outcome.

Apparently, some lady made arrangements on my behalf, where did that lady get my details, why would an unknown lady call them to make arrangements on my behalf and how did she know I had an account with Capfin?

DMC is busy ******** people by reactivating old/closed accounts for their benefit, all I know is that this is an inside job. Now I have them on my Credit score.
