DMC is a ****

This company has added themselves onto my credit report without my consent. My truworths account is paid up and closed and I went to the truworths store today and they confirmed that there is no money owing on my account and DMC is requesting I make payment to them of what my credit was with truworths. This is bull**** because when I received an email from them and I had a chat on whatsapp with an agent and advised them that I won't pay them a cent next thing I see they on my credit report
