DMC is a joke

I can honestly say that DMC is by far the worst \collection agency\" known to man I would not even recommend them to my worst enemy, and a quick look at all the reports on Hello Peter can confirm my statement that they are clearly in the wrong line of business or lack the personnel and/or training.<br> I am fully aware that I am in arrears with my Standard bank account, which I have informed the hordes of call operators that harass me on a daily basis that I am under debt review and that they should be in contact with them regarding this account which all necessary information was supp****.<br> Secondly out all the calls I received I was only once informed that the call was recorded. DMC Staff need better communication skills and need to go for professional etiquette training as the woman that contacted me last night 10/03/2016 at 19H00 shouted at me, did not give me chance to talk and demanded that an arrangement be made. This is when I will go out of my way and work against a person to the fullest of my ability. <br> So to whom this letter reaches please pass this message on to the relevant person/department that would like to take the relevant action to improve the face of DMC"
