DMC IN CONTRAVENTION ON NCA SEC 126B

There is an UNKNOWN account named DMC which is listed on my credit profile.

Kindly be advised that there was never any communication with or from DMC. This account listed by DMC should in fact be dormant as it has not been acknowledged in the past three or more years. Therefore, this account is prescribed and having the account listed on my credit profile is *******.

I have not acknowledged any such debt in the past three years or so, neither in writing or verbally. I have never received any communication from such or entered i to any form of agreement. No summons has been issued within the last 3 years. They are in contravention of the NCA Sec 126b. It states that no person may continue collection or re-activation of such prescribed debt as a prescription Act 68 of 1969 (Prescription Act).

This listing is therefore prescribed. I request that this matter be closed and any negative information must be removed from my credit profile with immediate effect.
