DMC ignoring me?

I have been trying to get a hold of you so I'm here now. I spoke to someone in the beginning of August when I was called about an old account. I asked her why the account is not prescribed and she advised that they needed to do an investigation and it would take 30 working days.I have received no call,SMS or email about my account. Not even a ticket number and to my suprise,they have also all of sudden stopped calling me about the account because of my questions being asked. Can someone please assist me before I refer the matter further.
