DMC Harrassment with accounts older than 3years

I have been getting phone calls at 6am and continually every day. Up to 10 calls a day and this for an account thats older than 5 years old. Ive been advised to open an harrassment case or visit my local magistrate to stop this ******* harrassment. They keep on calling from this number ***
