DMC ********** Collections on behalf of ABSA 12 year old dept

Why is DMC allowed to carry on with this ********** behavior of listing prescribed debt to the credit bereaus.

I was retrenched from my work 12 years ago, and now DMC contacted me to collect dept in behalf of ABSA 12 year old dept rely DMC that dept has prescribed, But the might DMC has listed this prescribed debt and want me to pay the principal debt. I've logged a prescription query but i'm worried that this is their businesss model and unaware consumers are falling into this trap .

DMC is an unscroupolous business that doesn't operate within the ambits of legislation.

This debt has prescribed DMC remove the listing against my name
