Why is DMC allowed to carry on with this ********** behavior of listing prescribed debt to the credit bereaus.
I was unemployed for 4 years and was unable to pay my Russells debt which eventually prescribed, But the might DMC has listed this prescribed debt and want me to pay the principal debt. I've logged a prescription query but i'm worried that this is their businesss model and unaware consumers are falling into this trap .
DMC is an unscroupolous business that doesn't operate within the ambits of legislation. I suspect they have been flagged thus they keep Changing its name from DMC 102 to DMC 909. My Listing is that of DMC909
This debt has prescribed DMC remove the listing against my name
