DMC failing to remove a settled account from credit bureau.

Good day, I would like to express my frustration that I am getting from DMC. I was given a settlement amount of which I paid and promised that I will get a paid up letter and my name will be cleared on the credit bureau within 7 days. Now that I have settled the account I am being told that my payment will only reflect after 5 days but I made a cash deposit directly to their account which must reflect immediately. Their agents are full of attitude on the phones asil if they are making us a favour as clients. I feel like they want to do things on their terms and not considering the damage that they causing to customers. I need DMC to remove the account that I have settled out of the credit bureau and also send me the settlement letter immediately as I need to use it for my bond application. I need an immediate assistance with this as they also instruct us to pay off the accounts within a specific time but when it comes to them doing their part, they change stories and tell you things that don't make sense. The agent I spoke to told me that the account will only get removed from the credit bureau after 30 days and according to the law they should do that within 7 days after the payment reflects. DMC are now starting to operate like ****mers. I am not happy . Contract Number: ***0 SETTLED
