DMC EVOLUTION / DEBT MANAGEMENT/ SO MANY DMC'S ,WHAT IS THIS PLACE??

I have been provided with a settlement letter for my Foschini account. I settled my account and have been battling with a settlement letter from DMC even after emailing the proof of payment. I spoke to 3 consultants today who is of no help and one consultant Xolani Nkuna who gave me the wrong e-mail address, has anyone else heard of this company because I am starting to feel like I have been ****med and want to inform the credit bureaus of this company who issues letters to collect money to clear your name on the credit bureaus but does not clear it and does not provide paid up letter.
