DMC dont know how to update profile/status full of empty promises

This is a update on my previous post as Melani Barnes a clerk at DMC debt management promised me my status(profile) will be updated it's been over 3months and they refuse to update it. As in previous post its been 7 days again as promised and still my profile remains the same outdated information. Its becoming a pain as this company doesn't know what to do i think the staff is uneducated to do there jobs right thats why there is all this empty promises. There slogan says, Resolve debt fairly, there is nothing fairly about this.
