DMC doesn’t follow the debt collectors law

I keep on getting calls on a prescribed account from these guy & it’s affecting my credit record and they claim I made arrangements which I didn’t make… today I got a call from Zizipho Koyana who confirmed that and said they’ll stop calling but issue is they won’t update my credit score
