DMC disgusted listing people for no reason and prescribed date as well!!

I am busy on my credit profile and I am disgusted in all the things on my name that has prescribed!! DMC. Acc.no. ***0. I just googled it and I have never app**** for any services from DMC what the f'*$#. How do these people get your info and who gives them the right to list people *******ly.The date it is opened is 23/08/2019. I mean really 3 years ago. Prescription date and all. Claiming like you have dealt with them before and I have no recollection of it all!! Remove my name from all the credit bureaus I am reporting this to the ombudsman as well this is *******!!!
