DMC dept you suck

My name is Benjamin Manning I had a account with this company , I will never ever send them any clients , the agents are slow and rude, but this is not my problem , my problem is that I PAID THEM IN FULL ON 31st OKTOBER 2020 Idid send them my proof of payment on whatsapp I spoke to Belinda on whatsapp on monday asking them for a letter from them to show that i have paid up my account with them she said they can only provide me with the letter on Wednesday because of they must prosees my payment , I called them asking if they did receive my payment they said they did receive it now i want to know ????? ALL THE OTHER COMPANY'S I PAID IN FULL SEND ME A LETTER THE VERY SAME DAY ??????????? WHY ? WHY ? WHY CANT DMC DO THE SAME THING ??????????????? I NEED TO CLEAR MY NAME ASAP SO I CAN GET MY PASSPORT AND SO ON IN LINE !!!!! NOW I HAVE TO SIT AND WAIT FOR THEM AND ONLY THEM FOR A LETTER TO PROOF I PAID UP IN FULL ??????????????
