DMC Dept Mangement worst service ever

DMC worst Debt Management company ever!!!! Its been more than 3month and they can't update my profile at any credit bureaus. A lady called Pamela Ngeto, handled my account in June already promising updates still nothing. She's ignoring me flat-out on emails and so on.ive send here numerous emails nothing. And on the whatsapp line a person called Siphelele he/she also promised a updated profile 3-7 days the date is now 28 Aug.still nothing. First they lost the profile then its this then that only excuses can't resolve nothing with them they useless they want payment but can't keep there side of a agreement so i say why pay them its not like they can do something on your credit score they already stuffing it up
