DMC Debt Management *******

I got a settlement offer and paid in full on my Capfin Loan. A debit order was set and paid and settlement letter received.

2 months later i receive another SMS from DMC with a different reference number for the same Capfin loan that i had already paid. It has now been added onto my credit record and is negatively affecting my score and this needs to be removed immediately...Your incompetence is affecting peoples lives!!!!!!
