DMC Debt Management Remove my name

Good evening I have a loan with Capfin, this loan is behind. I receive an email from DMC Debt Management about paying the loan when I enquire from them about the loan to make payment arrangements I struggle to get the bank details to make eft payment. They kept wanting me to provide bank details for debit order. Today 2/08/2022 I enquire again as I wanted to make a payment of R300.00 than I was giving the debit order option I started not to be comfortable as I wanted to make a transfer payment today. When I agree for the debit order I was asked about an account at Markham I know nothing about apparently they say I'm owing I need to make arregements to pay for I refused. I would like them to remove my details on there systems I am not owing DMC DEBT MANAGEMENT nothing.
