DMC Debt Management refuses to cancel communication and arrangement, as I request them tondo

I am Garold Oerson. After doing research I discovered that DMC Debt Collections do not update ones credit score and history as they promise. I got in contact with the actual company that I am in business with. I informed DMC Debt Collections that I want to cancel all communication and payment arrangements with them immediately, and work with JD Group directly, as I have the option. DMC Debt Collections however refuses and are ignoring me. Please assist me with other avenues I can visit to get this company whom I told that I do not acknowledge debt with them. They simply refuse to fulfill my request. Your urgent intervention is needed.
