DMC Debt Management - ITC Removal for Account

Good day,

I am trying to remove an old account from my itc profile that was prescribed more than 1 year ago. The attorneys that the account was handed over to which Markhams & Sterns confirmed they don't know about this account anymore and can't assist me with this account.

Please let someone from your head office contact me to remove this from my itc profile as soon as possible.
