DMC debt management I need answers 😠😠😠😠😠😠😠

After numerous emails and phone calls made to DMC regarding an account that was **********ly opened under my identity number yet I got listed. After taking the matter to my lawyer DMC stated in writing there are no records of anything under my identity number. However on my credit report DMC listed me To DMC debt management my request is how would you state there's nothing under my identity number yet you have listed me which makes it difficult to operate in the field of my profession due to your alligations of me owing., No proof of what I owe yet you listed me on ITC. No copy of my identity document nor signature have you provided as proof to anythin. No contract of any kind of account opened up during the dates specified no telephone conversation nothing. 😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠
