DMC DEBT MANAGEMENT HAS NO SERVICE, NONE WHATSOEVER

I lost my job in 2011 and had a loan with Capitec that was so to DMC, I started paying the account as soon as I got a job, I had been qualifying for loans, etc until recently and when I checked my credits score ist because this stupid company is full of lazy employees who have not been updating my payments, all of them show missed installments and it's about 9 months now, the only time I missed a payment was in January 2021 when I lost five family members due to Covid. Please help me, how do I resolve this and make this useless company update my records correctly?
