DMC Debt Management

Good Day, I have paid a Foschini account in full @ the store, they accepted the funds and gave me a receipt in 2019. I'm now trying to remove this account from my name, which is listed by DMC. I have sent numerous emails to DMC to remove this account from my name, which has not yet happened. I sent a mail again and copied Foschini with the proof of payment. To date no response yet.
