DMC Debt Management

Very terrible pathetic services from the agents in the call centre. Too good to give a discount but very slow to assist with confirmation of payment received on their end. All I need is a paid up letter but I have to hear that the matter is escalated because payments are not reflecting on their side and was done into a wrong account. They gave their bank details with a reference!!! Calls are even recorded.

So I want to know are these people ****mers ?????? Where did my money go??? This is unfair because they cannot just take money and say it doesn't reflect. I have even showed them the Proof of payment.

No managers or supervisors available to even assist.
