Dmc debt management

A ONE STAR IS EVEN TO MUCH !!!

This account I've tried to settle since Dec 2020 due to the company not debiting my account for the outstanding amount. I re arranged a two month payment only to have them not be able to find payment with proof of payment attached multiple times. This has been unresolved for months and months, only to contact them again to settle this amount The amount has escalated back to the original amount, I'd love to know how that was possible??? For the last 3 days I've used the whatsapp line, without an automated message and some Zizipho that was useless, as well invalid email addresses provided to myself for Heidi Klainhans, and Xloani. According to the receptionist Esethu it takes 5 to 7 days to provide a settlement yet again! Seems the company doesn't want the debt to be settled! And have incapable systems and people managing the process! I've never nagged a company to pay them!!! David Sckenk CEO could you assist ???? Carmen Hamlet are you able to assist????
