DMC Debt Harassent

I am fed up with this company harassing me and my husband constantly on a RCS account which RCS failed to honor the policy paid for on the account in the event of job loss. This account is already 3 years old and according to credit law be removed from a person’s name and credit record. But as it is all the debt companies sell the account to another once they found they don’t have any success to force a payment arrangement out of a person. This morning at exactly 06:10 I was rudely awakened with another harassing call from a Keelan and the moment I handed my phone to my husband this guy disconnected the call. Trying to call back immediately the voice recording says you are phoning outside operating hours. Who gives you the right to disturb a person outside of operating hours and on a daily basis where it is constantly repeated the events that took place with RCS…. The only response we demand from you is the full details of this person who phoned in order for me to open a ******** case against him for harassment.
