DMC Debt Collectors – Extremely Unprofessional and Unresponsive

I am extremely disappointed with the way my debt matter has been handled by DMC. Despite submitting all the required supporting documents and clear proof, my debt has still not been cleared.

Over an extended period, I have spent countless hours on phone calls and emails trying to resolve this issue, only to be met with no meaningful assistance or feedback.

The lack of accountability, poor communication, and repeated failures to act have caused unnecessary stress and frustration.

This situation has had a direct negative impact on my personal and financial life, all because of incompetence and unprofessional behavior from staff who appear either unwilling or unable to properly do their jobs. No client should be treated this way after fully complying with all requirements. I expected professionalism, efficiency, and basic respect as a customer. Instead, I’ve experienced delays, misinformation, and a complete disregard for how serious this matter is.
