DMC Debt Collecting - INEFFICIENCY

I have complained about DMC for my Truworths account to be sorted : DMC ref no : ***3 and they have not even attempt to contact me or to sort out the query. This company is (DMC) is inefficient and does not assist a client in any way. I am closing all my accounts with them as in moving to another bank for them not to be able to do business with me. I will then sort out the debt directly with the service provider.
