Dmc debited my account 3 times without my permission

I was offered a once off settlement amount of R7969.98 I agreed money was debited from my account 30 May 2025, I called enquirieng about the Pai-Up latter of which I was told it will take 7-14days, after that I kept on receiving sms that I should send POP (how come cause you guys debited my acc), I called ask them whats happening they kept on saying they are escalating it.

On the last week of June I received another sms saying they will debit R200 on my acc because I'm in arrears, I don't how is that, 30 June they debited that amount R200

To my surprised 02/07/2025 they debited again another R7969.98 from my account I don't know what is that for🤷. I don't have food, money for transport, I didn't pay my monthly things, I don't know why am I paying over R16000, I don't have Paid-Up latter I don't get help on the phone. Where should I go? I only agreed to a once off settlement but it seems like every month they will keep on debiting my account

Why are you guys ****MING ME like this while I'm trying to fix my credit, I'm working so hard it's not easy being self employed and just took advantage of.

Can you refund my money R7969.69 to my account, how are you expecting me to survive this month? Why you debited my account 2 times
