DMC credit that shows in my report

Hello I recently receive a call from the Company above saying that i owe them money and they would like to arrange some payment methods. Whereas I've never took a loan from them and i took a loan in African bank and i have arranged with African bank that i am currently unemployed. But those DMC they keep calling me and no on my credits score its shows that i owe them and African bank. I just want them to remove their review on my credit report as i am not owing them.
