DMC collecting prescribed Debt

DMC is traying to collect a prescribe d Debt which i never aknowledge in the name of ABSA loan and i have been reuesting them to Remove that debt agaist my name, and i have checked my credit report with Transunion there is another credit that they list on my record wich i am not awear of, i have requested them to update my record but they seems not willing.
