DMC collecting on prescribed matters

I have claimed prescribed and it has been more than 30 working days and no feedback from DMC. They refuse to close and remove this account from the credit list. This company is not practicing fair debt collection act and does not practice according to the credit regulation act in collecting accounts. They collect in prescribed accounts and forces consumer to acknowledge the debts in order to reap people off and collect on prescribed matters. There is nothing Simple, Fair, Trusted about DMC.
