DMC can do better.

I was handed over to DMC by FNB which is fine to pay what was due to them which is R560 a month but a later stage I got a discount which I managed to settle and I got a settlement a settlement letter, now how is this possible that I’m still owing FNB whereas you are the one who has been handling all the transactions? Please fix this issue as the matter is closed on your side but not to FNB
