DMC CALL CENTRE FULL OF ****** AND CAN NOT PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION

Good day DMC has added me on ITC after i contacted them regarding a account. They could not supply me with the relevant documentation to proof why they put me on. It took 37 phone calls to the call centre and more than 10 emails. To date nothing has happend. They still refuse to give me any proof. I need help as to how to get them to remove my name from ITC and there contact list.
