DMC BREACH OF AGREEMENT NOT DEALING WITH DEBT FAIRLY

DMC BREACH OF AGREEMENT NOT DEALING WITH DEBT FAIRLY or legally for that matter. I am dealing with DMC to settle a debt and so far have been debited from my account every month since we reached an agreement and its in writing. The deduction date as per agreement is the 28th of the month as i get my remuneration on the 27th of each month and if this falls on a weekend or public holidays i get this on the preceding day. So in November 2020 they just go ahead and make this deduction on the 27th of November fortunately there were funds available. Now in December i get a mail from them stating the deductions will be made on the 21st of December 2020 no negotiations just a mail that its happening. So I contact them and explain the situation when they already have all the information from me and we agree to a new agreement and its well documented by mail confirmation. Also their November deduction they took on the 27th of the month in total contradiction to our discussions and arrangements .The new agreement is arranged and sent to me and the deduction date is agreed to be the last working day of the month. Now on the 15th of December they simply ignore the agreement and accessed my account and merely withdrew the payment *******ly. So next step is a complaint to the Collection Agency Controlling body. We are all in such a state with Corona and lockdowns and the general economy is in a bad state and they take the example of the sate of this nation and do exactly as they feel. Now i have cancelled the debit order and will pay them via EFT on the last working day of every month. Enough is enough.
