DMC Bad bad bad

DMC what a horrible service, on the 09 Nov 2022 I settled my Wesbank account at the discount offer at that time. I sent them proof of payment but they won’t send me the settlement letter I have called and e-mailed them countless times its so frustrating no feedback but instead I’m getting messages that I need to make a payment for a debt that is already paid up.

I’ve had enough I’m taking the matter to credit ombud and also will take legal action I’m really tired of this now I’m starting to believe that this company is a ***** and messing up with our lives
