DMC -Avoid paying through this company it's a ****!

I would like to advise you to take action against three of your senior staff namely Pamela Nqeto & Sivuyisiwe Mzwakali. These two rude and unworthy of being deemed management staff made it a mission to ignore my plea to speak to them after your agents had been unable to help me,not only did they ignore me and redirect junior staff to do their jobs for them, blocked me on their mail on a email thread complaint which I had t voice my concerns with the fact that I had settled my account and needed a statement. It has been over a month and the only thing I have received from them is a wrong statement belonging to another client with their full details (POPIA act not followed).Any institution that aligns themselves with these ********* deserves to be deserted by any sane minded person.**** with a Capital S !!!!
