DMC are they legit

We found DMC5 on my husbands credit profile. We later learnt it was a Sportscene account that was handed over without informing us. We tried to correct this by settling this account. Two payments were made via easypay to DMC5. First payment was made on the 2 March R3500 & on the 3 March R2121.05. The second payment is off the account but not the R3500. The proof of payments were sent to them and they said it was escalated to their accounts department. Until now it's still not allocated and when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told that is not allowed. I sent a mail to there helpdesk on the 8 March and only received a mail on the 13 March with no concrete info. I even did an account query and no feedback from them either. How long does it take to sort this out?
