DMC are ******

I had 2 accounts with DMC which I settled in May. I have sent them roof of payment several times but still my accounts are not cleared and it reflects on my credit report. I spoke to different consultants who all promised to fix the problem but never get back to me or better yet fix the issue as tbey say they can see my payments. I am realy tired of running after them.Who do we contact to deal with these ****** I'm sick and tired of having to beg them to fix my accounts. I should have just never paid them and letthem run after me asI'm running after them to fix their error.
