DMC are *********

I was made to pay a prescribed debt for old mutual finance ***. I referred the matter to the Ombudsman. When I was contacted by DMC the account was already prescribed. I was making payments towards the account when I called they said the are not collecting for Old Mutual Finance and yet they debited R500 every month.
