DMC AND TFG INCOMPETENCE

My name is Zukile Nonyashe ID ***, email znonyashe. My sportscene account was handed over to DMC Debt Management, last month i was offered a settlement which i accepted and honored it. I have settled my acc on the 29th of april but still this has not been updated. Every time i call them they want me to attach my POP, can you please allocate my funds, update your system and send me my settlement letter at the end month. TFG please do intervene because you are the one that works with DMC
