DMC agents rude and unprofessional

DMC agents are the most unprofessional, rude agents in South Africa. They don't know the laws of South Africa, with regards to the prescription act. Which states that if debt is older then three year, no legal action take or acknowledgement of debt, which bring me to this morning when i received a call from an agent, stating that on the 23 of January I had an interaction, I never I an interaction with you guys. When I asked the agent this, she could not provide me with the details. She could not. Stating that I am wasting her time (simple stop phoning me) According to my knowledge the last payment was made on August of 2018, which means that this account is older then 3 years, which means that this account is prescribed. Please could you give me my prescription letter
