DMC admittef there mistake but still not fixing it

so 3 months after paying i am still listed on all creditberues as owing truworths money.

phoned truworths they say i have to phone dmc . phone dmc they say i have to phone truworths. not one of this companies want to phone each other to solve this issue.

so i went to the truworths branch where i made my payment. i phoned from there there legal department. and i had to phone dmc from my cellphone since nomsa at truworths carnival did not want to phone from there branch.

i spoke with dmc debt management. and had nomsa from truworths carnivall mall speak to dmc. there was another person involved. Neliswa.

truworths and dmc spoke on my expenses since not one of this companies had any interest of solving this issue of there client me that already paid this two companies R5420 in total for a debt of R4670 for a debt that keeps on climbing in interests.

now after presenting a paid in full letter to both companies. both companies admitted i owe them nothing .

but yet not one of them can update the R705 outstanding on my truworths credit report.

how is this possible. both companies blame each other . now at last DMC admitted they have to fix my creditreport. because i owe no one nothing. 3 months later still on my credit report at all the berues i am listed as owing truworths R705. now DMC said they will fix this but no.... no one is fixing there mistake. I DONT OWE TRUWORTHS MONEY REMOVE AND UPDATE IT ON MY CREDITBERUES
