DMC ACCOUNT CLOSURE

Hi all my name is Mpho Moloelang.

I had an account with direct axis,which was ceded to DMC. I started paying them, all is well and they were receiving payments..

On the 19th of April I requested to get a discount, I was granted a a discount of 30% which amounted to R9975, on the 20th of April I paid R4000 followed by the payment of R1000 on the 22nd of April, then last payment of R5000, I did was on the 26th of april.

All payments have reflected by the first payment of R4000 which I did on the 20th of april is still not reflecting.. All this payments amount to R10 000 which make up the discount and the account should be closed and a paid up letter should be done for me... All consultants they can't even help me..

One consultant by the name of ZIZIPO MABANGO has been promising me nothing but lies it's been 2 weeks being taken from pillar to post. All I need is a clearance letter and all credit Bereaus to be notified as my life depends on this clearance..

I have all the communications and proof of payments please can someone assist me please
