DMC 990 TO REMOVE NEGATIVE LISTING ON MY PTOFILE

DMC 990 said that they took over my Woolworths account and they claim that I have made arrangement 2016 to pay them 12 000.00 to my understating that is a prescribed debt that they are listing on my credit profile.WHERE CAN I REPORT THIS MATTER AS I FEEL THAT IT NOT FAIR TO BRING AN ACCOUNT THAT IS OVER TEN YEARS UP
