I had two account with this company which were handed over, the other account was paid up in 2015, n I have send them a paid up letter, the other account was paid 2019 june and recieved a paid up letter from the company they outsourced my account to, I have been calling n sending countless emails but no one seems to want to help me, I am on a process of buying a house but due to their incompetence I can't I am send to pillor to post please assist me.
